1:1 Ask Anything Sessions
30 minutes with a trail running athlete
This initiative is designed to connect our trail community and knowledge share within this rapidly growing sport, while supporting trail athletes in their growth in the sport.
What to expect from these sessions?
You can expect the kind of conversation you would experience if you were to sit down for a coffee with a mentor or industry professional. You can ask anything, and they will answer to the best of their ability.
Structured coaching
If you are looking for structured training and accountability coaching, seek the services of a run coach that also specialises in trail running and endurance running. Asking your local running community is a great place to start. Ask your local specialised running store, or find a local run club and enquire. Expect to pay anywhere from $120-$300AUD per month for online training coaches.
If you are new to trail running, our beginner resources page has everything you need to get started. If you are looking at entering a trail event or race, it is great to work with a coach for a 12 week period as you build up to your event. Lots of trail runners work on going with a coach, improving your fitness and running achievements is addictive, but you don’t need to. There are lots of resources out there and community run groups that you can feel supported in. Coaches often offer a self-paced training program too, for those not keen for one-on-one coaching, but keen to level up their training.
